- Unused and Unopened Products: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.
- Valid Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order number, invoice, or receipt, is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Time Limit: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Returns and Exchanges Process:
